Ringing Carer's Allowance Section

I have been trying to contact Carer's Allowance Section in Longford for the last few days and have been getting through to voicemail saying "due to industrial action ... they are not answering phones". I wonder if anyone has got through to them recently and if so any particular time that is good. Have applied for allowance in October and no word of it yet.

    Thanks

Have you tried mornings and afternoons? If you're getting that message both times then its likely they are not answering phones all day. All you can try is ring them the next day or are you able to call into them into person? Otherwise write a letter to them.
