Don't be worried. The very nature of BJJ is that a smaller person with less strength can defeat a larger stronger person. While you may feel weak, unfit and incapable at the moment, you will develop with time. And time and hard training is all it takes. If you want to do strength training simply talk to Liam or one of the more experienced practitioners and they will set you on the right track.

    Good luck with the training.

Don't be too worried. The learning curve in BJJ is quite steep, in 6months time you'll be 1000 times better and will be holding your own, or at least, not getting smashed by everyone else.

You have to keep with it and stick through the hard times at the beginning. Don't worry everyone feels the same at the start.

In a few months, someone new will start and then you'll be fitter and more skilled then them.

Seriously though, you've just got to put in the hours and you'll start making progress. It can be pretty tough going at first, as it feels like the others can just push you around at will, but once you start to develop a good base and learn to stay calm and not waste energy, things start to pick up.

Don't worry about it. If it was easy, it wouldn't be worth doing. You're starting at an ideal age and I'm sure you'll be helped along by your clubmates. Believe me, those older guys are looking at you and thinking "man I wish I'd started at that age".

RELAX. Its gonna take time to get the basics

Take it one class at a time. remember that nobody was born good at bjj they just trained hard and often. you are in a position that a lot of people would be very happy to be in and thats starting bjj at an earlier age. a lot didnt start till their mid or late 20's.

if you stick with it and train regularly the weight will come off and you will get srtonger and more confident. enjoy

and after 1 hour i was wrecked,i dont know how to cope with 2hrs,
i push myself so hard in the warmup that i nearly pass out lol.

it can depend what you are doing in the class, muay thai might be more intense, bjj can be an hour of technique at a slower pace looking at a certain position, half hour sparring, 15 min warm up kind of thing, it might not be full intensity for 2 hours.

    Chill out.
