Hi all, I got some surgery done today on an infected tooth to fix a cyst/failed root canal.

I've to avoid hot foods and the like, so what can I eat other then scrambled eggs, cooled down soup and potatoes?

you can eat and drink anything except extremes of temperature. but even those can be consumed if you don't swish them round your mouth.

    Yoghurts, custard, things like that.

Also consider a nutrition shake like complan or ensure if you're not going to have a full diet for some time. They'll keep you running, even if you do get totally bored of the same three flavours! Complan make a plain one that can be added to other stuff like soups to make them more wholesome, so you won't be left wanting afterwards.
