No teletext on RTE on HD Box?

    Since I upgraded to the Sky HD box I no longer receive the analog Text on RTE. Is this happening to anyone else??

    Rang Sky and the were anaware that RTE even had an analog text!!!

    Question 2> When Will RTE Text Go Digital????

    Q1. Analogue text isn't available via digital HDMI cable, only analogue
    connections, e.g. Scart
    Ringing Sky Customer Service gets you one place - nowhere - they
    genuinely haven't a clue.

    Q2. It is digital - but only on the DTT test transmissions as yet.

    I tried connecting the sky hd box to my video recorder using scart and rte aertel teletext is not available that way either.

    It looks like teletext is unavailable no matter what you try when using a sky hd box.

    Connect it to your television instead...
    I've aertel on here via hd box, both scart and rf.

    Yes. Connect a scart connection to your tv just for Aertel.
