I found out what it means the hard way.

My grandad asked me to fix him a brew one day and I made him some hot Calmomile with honey.

But there is a phrase in regards to an arrangement of letters that doesn't flow alphebetatically I've seen floating about...

Surely most people who have had any slightly formal education or introduction to either typing or computing should be familiar with this, ehm, word (is it a real word or a phrase or what?).
