Honeymoon in Colorado. Advice please?

    Hi. We are hoping to have our honeymoon in Colorado this August but are struggling to put together an itinerary. We plan on flying into Denver for a few days then renting a car and traveling around. As far as I can see the south-west seems to be the best area. Has anyone been their? Or know any good websites, travel agencies that know Colorado? Thanks.

    Just back from there as it happens. Be a shame to head to Co. and not pay Aspen a visit, the scenery thru the Rockies is worth the trip alone. We did the Amtrak which was spectacular.

    Aspen accomm is insanely expensive so stay somewhere outside and just commute, we based ourselves in Glenwood Springs about 40mins south.
