what should my diet be like?

ok so as i mentioned in another thread, ive just started SS and lookin to prep for when i launch my rugby career(i havent played since i was 10) and i'm wondering what should my diet be like.

currently i'm in the medium phaze, my genetics aren't great so i look kinda 'soft' but my fitness level is pretty good. i was contemplating cutting first but i actually think packin on some muscle would be best.

so can anyone give me a guideline of what i should be eating?

    atm somethin like this:
    breakfast:
    2 wheatabix with whole milk
    two eggs with toast

    morning break
    banana

    big break:
    tuna/chicken tortilla wrap/sambo
half litre of low fat milk

    dinner:
normally healthy but have the odd pizza or some food.

after here i'm kinda stuck. i go to library until 8 so what could i add? am i eating enough?

I dont really know enough to comment on your diet, but you gotta forget your hang up about genetics. If you keep that in the back of your mind you will never make the progress you possibly could

What do you mean by medium phase of SS?

What's your current weight? What's your ideal weight? When are you taking up rugby again? What position?

Add in alot more milk! Just keep drinking the stuff. Build it up slowly from 2 to 3 to 4 litres a day. Also nuts are good and if you need i whey protein shakes can be useful for postworkout and just when you need the extra protein.

post your stats and current diet man. as mentioned forget genetics, if you are "soft" in certain areas its because you are taking in more energy than you are expending, on that note dont go drinking a few litres of milk a day unless your training matches this.
