Hi,

I have searchd the forum and cannot find an answer to this query so was hoping someone here could help me!

I purchased an Iphone 3GS during the week and am unable to pair it with the bluetooth system in my Ford focus. Everytime I try to pair the device I get a message on my radio screen saying "bonding failed" and the iphone reverts to "not paired" status. At no point during this process do I get asked to enter a passcode.

Does anyone here know if this is a known problem or is it an issue with my car system or the iphone?

Any help or advice you can offer would be gretly appreciated.
