Hi, I'm looking to add a small demo movie to my website with some caption text. I have used Adobe captivate in the past but don't have a license for it at the moment. Are there are decent free equivalents?

Microsoft have a screen capture software that comes with their Expression Encoder product - very easy to use..not sure about the caption text, havent tried it out yet.

Not sure exactly what this includes becuase I have the full edition myself but try this download
Its meant to be a free edition of the product from microsoft,
