I have a voice over job next week thats longer than i've ever done before. They say four hours of speaking.

Anyone have any tips on the right drinks to keep lubricated for that long? Or anything to avoid?

    Thanks

Avoid chocolate or milky stuff like that
Just take it easy on it the day or two before hand odviously
And just keep an eye on it with the cold weather! x
I know a girl who swears by honey but she's a singer so i don't know if different rules apply
sorry i can't be more help!

Thanks, I was unsure about whether a practice run would be a good idea but I'll avoid it.

Pus water and avoid milk. I'll keep the caffeine low on the day too.
