Im currently out of work and decided if im over going to shift those pounds its gotta be now with all the free time on my hands. Im not going to the gym i currently have access to an exercise bike, something called a lateral thigh trainer never heard of it until my cousin gave it too me, and also a small set of weights. They are steel so bit of weight in them.

Basically i am 5 foot 6 and 13 stone 8 down from 14 3 in three weeks so happy enough. Basically my goal is losing weight at the moment so doing an hour and half walk 4 or 5 nights a week. Ten mins on the lateral tight trainer and 30 mins on the exercise bike. These are all for losing weight. My dad said i should tone up so im wondering if i should bring weights in while im trying to lose a stone or two. I would only be using light weights at the moment. But basically i am wondering is it a good idea to be putting muscle on top of flab. My goal is too keep losing weight and wonder will this stop me, sorry if this is a stupid question im just a bit clueless and want to keep my routine going.
