Foglights - NCT

I did a search but couldn't find a thread regrading this issue.

My car is due an NCT in March. I have Fog lights fitted to the car but they were stupidly wired to the main set of lights when I bought the car. This meant they switched on when I switched the dipped lights on. This was annoying as I'm not a fan of people driving around with fog Lights when there's absolutely no need.

I've disconnected the bulbs so they don't work now. Would they need to work as they are on they are on the car or should it be okay to pass the NCT. Don't have the time or funds at the minute to wire them to a toggle switch.

    Thank for your help. Cheers.

If there isn't a standard fog lamp switch as an original part of the car then leaving them disconnected is fine.

should be fine the way they are as long as they're not cracked.
