Local County councils are making huge mistakes please read!!!

I received letter back from local county council saying i was entitled to a lesser amount than expected. i appealed their decision in writing and the top guy in local county council wrote back telling me that I was wrong.

So I appealed their decision to equity of access place in tullamore ( independant body i think) . they just got back to me today to tell me that I am 100% right and local county council got it wrong. Badly wrong!!!!

Now I wonder how many other students have lost out on their grant due to local county council being incapable to processing the application correctly and fairly.
