    What would be the normal time out with a groin strain, This is my 4th week and I still cannot run.

    Try going to a physio some strains need more than just rest

    defo sounds like a trip to phyiso as should clear up after 3 wks.

    As advised above, a trip to the physio is your safest bet to avoid further aggravation.
