    Hi All

    I got m bill in today which was massive

    we make calls to a different Country but we have the Free world Pack which gives me free calls evenings and weekends

    They charged me €80 for them calls .

    Now it seems that there was an error with my account for nearly 2 years as I have been charged to much every month and will be investigated.

    I would advise you all to check your accounts and make sure you are being billed correctly

    P.s

    Could anyone check there bill and see if they also being charged from the 7/02/10 - 06/03/10

    I always thought I was paying for the service I got rather then the service I will get ?

    Your subscriptions are charged monthly, in advance.
    Your chargeable calls are charged monthly, in arrears.

    The Freetime World Package only includes calls to these countries:
    * Australia
    * Austria
    * Belgium
    * Denmark
    * France
    * Germany
    * Greece
    * Italy
    * Liechtenstein
    * Luxembourg
    * Netherlands
    * Norway
    * Poland
    * Portugal
    * Romania
    * Slovenia
    * Sweden
    * Switzerland
    * United Kingdom
    * USA *
    * Canada

    Is it possible you were calling a country that isn't included in that list?

    Naw it was Germany . I called them and they will be be now deduct it from by bill and also review all my bills to see if I am owed any more money for bills Ive paid for the past 2 years

    Might want to checkout its not a T-Mobile at home package, alot of Germans get confused thinking its a landline number but its actually a mobile that also rings on a landline.
