Radio Recommendation for Peugeot 407...

I've just purchased a Peugeot 407 ST that I'll be collecting tomorrow. It has the stock radio (RD4, I believe...?) but I'm looking for something that's compatible with my iPhone 3GS.

I was previously driving a '98 Clio (don't laugh) which I threw a JVC head unit into. It was iPod specific (i.e. not just MP3 / USB compatible), which meant the full track listings etc. were pulled from the phone. It charged the phone as well, needlesstosay, and it wasn't a "CD Changer" style kluge.

I'm looking for something similar for the 407 (I understand the radio is a different form factor). I'd also like to retain the use of the steering controls as well. Even if there's a good option that makes use of the existing stock unit (I've read some stuff about AUX2 being enabled for something or other), I'd be up for that.

    Thanks in advance! :)

Some of the members on www.407owners.com/forums have added
iPods/mp3 players onto there existing RT4 radio....:)
There are kits that can be fitted to the RT4 and aux 2 may need to be enabled by planet to get it working.

Thanks for the replies. I'm leaving away from the Parrot gear as I've seen a number of bad reviews:

Also, if possible, I'd rather not have a bunch of extra things hanging off my dash / wheel. Bluetooth isn't too much of a priority to me. Charging the phone, access to my library (with a decent display) and compatibility with the 407 (e.g. Double Din / fitting to existing stock radio) would be the most important!

    +1 on that.

It will also charge your ipod, your phone via USB plus you get aux in and an sd card slot. Haven't had a spot of bother with mine and the sound quality is good

I've been eyeing up the Denison Gateway 300 (and the 'blue pin' cable which will allow charging on the iPhone 3G/S).

Seems like it ticks the boxes; I get to keep my existing head unit, I can still use the stalk controls and it'll charge the phone. I have a Brodit Holder for my phone from my old car, so I can just run the cable to that. I'll need a Peugeot Dealer to enable AUX2 on the head unit though...

Anyone heard of / had experience with this device?
