Afraid I dont have any information for you - but would be very interested in hearing any info on this as well...

How does the selling of organic produce work? Is there special "organic sales" in various marts? Do factories take organic lambs (or cattle), and how does this work?

I only have a few sheep, and take them to the local mart when they're fit - which is handy and close. Just wondering how its done in the organic world.

This thread here comments on organic farming, but it lists lamb as not getting a great price... "Most enterprises are in demand produce wise esp milk, cereals, vegetables, beef.Lamb is not currently getting much of a premium due to seasonal overproduction ie July to November."

More questions than answers there me thinks. ;)
