    Greetings All

I am trying to find out information about PhD funding. I know of all the usual funds, IRCHSS, college funds etc. My problem is that I am hoping to start a PhD in Criminology this year, focusing on desistance from crime and offeneder rehabilitation. There doesnt seem to be much interest in funding this research, the IRCHSS had a foreign policy focus this year so I was advised to not apply. Understandbly many colleges hvae streamed their funding into business/ innovation/science research.

What I am currently looking for are bodies/justice organisations /victims groups etc, who would be interested in throwing some cash at this kind of project, either in Eire or UK.

Any and all suggestions/remarks/commenst are appreciated.

    Nadnerb
