Help needed to solve a family feud

    hi there, I am unfortunately stuck in the middle of a family argument between two siblings. The issues are extremely complex and deep rooted and go back to their childhoods (30 +) years ago!! It is eating certain family members up. I really do not know what to do. I dread the thought of suggesting a neutral party to come between them to resolve the issues but I think it may be the only solution. Are there any counselors or local services out there that could help?? I am really sick of this situation and also sick of everyone in the family sticking their head in the sand until it blows up in our faces every couple of months. I'd really really appreciate some help here. Thanks
