    2481g compared to 2559g for current version (doesn't say exactly which version)
    Double, Compact available May, Triple in June
    No titanium sprockets or Hollowglide outer ring
    No carbon levers
    Silver or black finish
    Under-bar-tape cable routing
    1-28T, 11-25T, 12-25T and 12-27T cassettes

    I notice that Evans have a few bikes featuring this groupset on sale already - Cannondale Six, Fuji Pro, and Pinnacle Aeos.

    1-28T cassette.... that's some serious spacing.... :)

    It's functionally the same as 7900 Dura Ace/6700 Ultegra but with heavier materials.

    Was thinking about an upgrade to 105..... checked CRC and Wiggle for the prices... maybe not! Hold off for a new bike with the money and just get DA.

    CRC and Wiggle have never been competitive for groupsets. Merlin have it for 505 euro but I reckon if you shopped around town you might find a good price.

    I don't think 105 represents good value for money unless you buy it with a bike. It's still a good groupset, but most people who view this as an upgrade are probably riding 8 or 9 speed bikes. A complete bike is a better option rather than sticking a 500 euro groupset on an entry level frame that probably still has its entry level wheelset and finishing kit.
