    Hi,

used to bake a lot but not any more - til recently.

now on my days off - my 2 year old & I - have started to bake.

Have started again with soda break - easy enough recipe.
Have had 2 good of the 3 attempts.

so - tips for nice fuffy soda bread.
one tip I got from watching a Ray Mears prog was to wrap the bread in a tea towel when out of the oven - stops the crust going hard :)

might even try some with a cooking apple mixed in this week.

    thx'

    k
