Would building a small arena be benifical to the Waterford City Economy and the city as a whole. Something small like a 2/3 000 seat venue which could be also used as a conference centre. Something small like a 2/3 000 seat venue which could be also used as a conference centre.

A perfect place for it would be If Muldoons and Oxegen are to be shut down that bulding would be perfect.

Other possibiltys The dock on the Quay, The Ard Ri Hotel or a site out on the dunmore road.
