Just putting the word out early in case you may be requiring or know someone requiring accomidation starting from mid-March. It is for a large room in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 Irish guys (Very mild-mannered)

Type of accomidation: Large Room in Large flat including queen sized bed with all sheets and covers, washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, waste disposal, Vacuum Cleaner, Television, DVD player, counches, Dining table, loads of storage space, iron & ironing board, all pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Also included in room is bedside lamp, bedside table, small desk and inbuilt wardrobe.
Also included is internet access, free recycling and waste removal.
Location: South Yarra (10 mins by tram from city centre, 10 by bus from St Kilda beach. Both bus and tram are 2 minute walk from flat)
Price:

• Rent - $804.00 per month
• Internet - $26.00 per month
• Deposit - $804.00 (once off payment)
• Furnishings payment - $300.00 (once off payment)
