MPEG-2 to MPEG4

Hi all, apologies in advance if this question has been asked before, I have checked to site but could not find a difinitive answer.

I purchased a Panasonic Toshiba 19AV615DB, a cracking little telly, I couldn't resist as it was a good deal.

Anyhow once purchased I discovered it has a built in digital tuner onboard, so once I scanned for channels it picked up 9 digital channels and 4 analogues which I bought really for, on the digital channels it has no picture but has sound.

The TV has a CAM slot which I also discovered, so to cut a long story boring I understand the digital tuner on the TV is a MPEG-2 and to view the Digital Irish channels you need a MPEG-4, so can I buy a card to pop into this slot to decode it to MPEG-4 to view the Irish channels and if so where are they available, many thanks in advance to all who reply.
