So our flight was changed end of march, got an e-mail with refund, credit or accepting new flight time- we accepted new flight time.

However, since then i have got 2 more e-mails notifying me of change & asking me to accept flight or get credit etc. even though we have it done.

Is this normal or did i not accept the new flight time correctly?

I have not replied to the last two e-mails.

Confirmed our flights on their website & they state new times.
