Sore nut when running

    Hi all :o

I keep getting a sore right nut while running, like a sharp pain at the top of it. Then stays for a few hours after, but only if it moves or something.
I thought it was maybe bouncing about a bit so got myself a pair of compression shorts, but they haven't really helped.

Anyone else had anything like this ? It's very annoying having to stop when i'm not even tired

If it's from friction use bodyglide or something similar.
If it's not from friction go to your doctor.

    Groin strain? Do you stretch?

    Thanks for the replies :)

I don't know if it's friction, it's only ever the right one. I've got some vet lube I use for scuba diving, i'll squirt some of that down !

Doesn't feel like a strain, it's a different pain from that.

any new or abnormal pain and you should go see a doctor. We can't give anything that resembles medical advice here.
