    10" XP Compaq 10" Netbook Atom N270 1.6 GHz for € 238.02

Its almost a disposible netbook, ie if it gets damaged it would be nearly cheaper just to replace it.

I don't trust Komplett either, but the netbook is excellent. My sister got one for christmas and it's an incredibly well put together machine. Screen in particular is fantastic, it's almost as bright as the LED backlit panel on my laptop.

Bargain Alerts is not your personal service here to somehow only alert you of things you definitely have not seen before - so grow up and learn some manners Newbie

    - OP and Oafley Jones thanks for this, will certainly recommend this to a Friend who has been looking for similar - and no, I hadn't seen this one before........

Accidents happen and unless people decide to purchase something like the Panasonic Toughbook they are always going to be looking for replacement parts and repairs.

Try getting a screen replaced or a mainboard on one of these after a beer or coffee spill in any official PC repair center and I can guarantee it would be well up on half the price off what you pay for the machine new.

I have gone through two keyboards and one screen on my last Asus 109 net book, newer netbooks fitted with OLED screens are even more fragile and will take less abuse. This is how they make their money.
