Where do i start, ordered Transformers 2 steelbook on the 9th december, took 3 weeks to dispatch and then sent me the standard plastic case edition...also ordered GI Joe steelbook from them on the 9th december and still waiting for it to be dispatched (a whole 2 months later).. But if all that wasnt bad enough i re-ordered…

Where do i start, ordered Transformers 2 steelbook on the 9th december, took 3 weeks to dispatch and then sent me the standard plastic case edition...also ordered GI Joe steelbook from them on the 9th december and still waiting for it to be dispatched (a whole 2 months later)..

But if all that wasnt bad enough i re-ordered Transformers 2 steelbook and to my surprise i received the bloody standard plastic case edition again today...

Now i have let fly at them in an email so will be interesting to see what they say back....
