    This is gas - only in Ireland could something like this happan. So the judge deals out the punishment 4 penalty points and the person goes away from court thing sh1t I should have just taken the two points.

    Then the good old Irish RSA steps in and doesn't bother to apply the points!!!

    Its brilliant!
