    hi guys
I help out with our local athletic club (emerald ac) and as part of this I did the level 1 award about 2 yrs ago. I was just wandering if anybody else has done the level 2 award, as I am thinking of doing it.
How much time committment is there if you do the course?
    Did you find it good/helpful?
    Any feedback would be great!
    cheers!

The time commitment (I found) is no greater than that involved in the Level 1. However you do have to focus on 2 of the event groups (throws, jumps, sprints/hurdles and endurance) rather than all the groups as with the level 1. The structure of the course you do will determine which options are open to you.

    I enjoyed it.
