Any ideas to jazz up canned tuna. I know it's v good source of protein ect but I just find it so bland eaten straight out of a tin. How do you eat yours?

Mash it up with a boiled egg, onion, spring onion, onion, maybe some peppers and a tablespoon of mayo.

    Really nice and filling.

do you use the peppers raw or cook them b4hand?
I tried it with some onion, ground black pepper and some sweetcorn and it definitely helped. Anyone use it in sambos?

Yep tuna sandwiches are lovely! I mix it with a bit of onion and a little bit of mayo, and you can use a bit of cheese as well :)

I also use it with pasta for an evening meal. Tuna is a really versatile food!

A little bit of ketchup mixed through it really makes it taste lovely.

I stirfry some vegetables, add a splash of szechaun sauce and then a can (drained) of tuna. It's really delish.

(Similiar to GummyPanda), I like to get tuna, a couple of soft boiled eggs, some chopped rocket, onion and garlic, throw in some dry roasted peanuts, mush it all up in a bowl and it's yum!
