Dimensions of a footing foundation block

    Can anyone tell me the dimensions of them big footing blocks which are often placed on their flat for foundations. I think they're 12" but what are they're metric dimensions?

    ie: a 4inch block is 440mm * 215mm * 100mm
    How do these 12inch blocks mesure? Are they even 12" or are they 9", ive confused myself now :)

    Edit: Is the block im on about the 3rd block in the link below? 300mm - 9inch. Is this it?
