College Homepage - Marks out of 10?

    I'd give it a 5 out of 10.

    Compared to other university websites, it's very non-academic in nature. Also, I think it's very politically correct in its use of imagery - are we really that insecure? Or maybe the designer has a left-wing ideology.

    A lot of departments/schools/faculties have websites that a 10 year-old could put together. I think "publications" should be to the fore on every school website. (so we can quickly weed out the drift-wood).

    Prize for the worst department website.

    I don't understand how you got "politically correct" or "left wing ideology" from the tcd homepage.

    I think it's good, 7 out of 10.

    I initially thought you where being sarcastc due to the horrible colour scheme and graphical design, but after browsing the site I've found it extremely easy to navigate and very user friendly. It was designed by someone who knew what they wanted, had moderate to good technical abilities, but absolutely no taste.
