Homemade painkillers

So last night I was out and slipped on a stairs. I landed on my back and I now have two reddish, round bruises, one at the base of my spine, another about halfway up my back. I can walk and function fine but I'm in pain.

Anyone know of any homemade recipes for painkillers? I'm trying to avoid any alcoholic (seen as that was what caused it) or narcotic ones.

I could tell you but I'd probably risk a banning.

I hear drinking bleach works wonders, haven't tried it myself though, but go for it OP!

OP, rest and go to your doctor tomorrow.

Looking for medical advice on a forum is not a good idea. :)
