    does anyone know of a good music venue/pub with live bands in Perth? like Whelans in Dublin or the Roisin in Galway..thanks

    Seen Biffy Clyro at this place www.amplifiercapitol.com.au

    Live music venue and rock/indie nightclub. To get into the night club they take you photo, fingerprint and scan a copy of your id which is a bit much but other than that its a nice spot with good music

    I was at Biffy there too. Great gig and really good venue for it as well.

    Black Bettys in Northbridge is a strange mix of an indie nightclub with some good live bands. Had a few good nights in there while in Perth.

    Rosie O Gradys have live music every few nights too. Damien Dempsey was there one night I was there, you'd just have to keep an eye out.
