Wouldn't worry about it. We're all in the same boat. I had two burst pipes in the garage last time. I'll be lagging them up big time tomorrow.
Bloody grit on the roads though!!!! Loads are getting flats.
Potholes!!!:eek::eek: Not to be filled in either. Auld Biffo hasn't the cash.

Just seen the fecking gritter going by the house with all lights flashing, must be going to be a hard frost when they are gritting our road.
Can the Ice not feck off to Afghanistan or Iraq and cool things down over there.
    Weve had enough.

What kind of a b*****ks do you have to be not to warn people about the ice and instead hide behind a curtain videotaping the carnage.

I tried not to laugh, no one likes to fall like that...just what was up with the guys flying into that bend at speed? That's borderline r-tard behaviour.

Match your speed to the conditions people, for example if I were travelling to Moscow and had to drive through the Lefortovo tunnel, I would be crawling:
The tunnel runs under the Yauza River, and water leaks in at some points. The temperature can reach as low as −38[citation needed] degrees Celsius (as during the winter of 2005), causing the water on the road's surface to freeze.

It has been nicknamed "The Tunnel of Death" due to its high accident rate and a video circulating around the Internet compiling footage of vehicle accidents recorded by monitoring cameras.

A bollix that probably spent half an hour pouring water where he knew there was loads of cyclists.:D

didnt see anyone on leystad wearing a helmet, and nobody getting up with blood pouring from their heads. something to be said for no kerbs on cyclepaths (only time i cracked a helmet was hitting it off a kerb, and cracked head going over the handlebars)

something to be said for commuting on ice on a step through :D

actually I wouldnt be surprised if he threw water on the path himself knowing it would freeze overnight and cause carnage. the ice 'looks' a little to clean to be natural

edit: just saw Velo beat me to it :D
