    Hi everyone,

    I've been mad for an iphone for years, but being a student I sure as hell don't have the money to pay for an O2 contract, besides I'm on a meteor contract until next Nov. Anyways you can get a 3G for around E300 so I was thinking of getting one and jailbreaking it so I use with my meteor sim, my question is what are the chances of my bricking it?, I really don't feel like wasting that much money. Any comments or advice is much appreciated.

    not impossible, but very very slim,
    itunes can restore to factory state if anything does goes wrong, but this will update you to latest firmware which there is no unlock or safe jailbreak yet for
