Are there new Speed signs for new 30Kph area in City Centre?

Has anyone seen any Speed signs going up for that new limit??

I've seen a few VMSs advising of the speed limit ahead (not the same though).

I should hope so because I heard on the radio that the change and the signage needed cost the tax payer a million euro.

How does it cost a million Euro to paint/sticker over the 50kph signs to say 30kph? I have not seen any 30 kph signs yet except an electronic sign post approaching leonards corner advising of it.
