Hi All

Looking for help

Purchased 2 of the above laptops from hp got 2gb of extra Memory for each.

one works find and the other seems to have a problem with the ATI Drivers and the print screen button does not work.

This came out of the box like this has not been used yet

have been on to hp and we removed the drivers and re installed new ones from the hp site

the problem with the screen flicker is now worse

any advice
