    Hello there,

Is there any members of the Woodenbridge Golf club or any other members of any other club out there who be interested in playing a open comp next Monday at the Woodenbridge Golf Club. I had tried booking myself on the website but there seem nobody on its on own to play with...mostly all 4 balls booked out.
I'm willing to play early morning! Just need to get sum run in the game asap as i was very rusty at last week open comp in St.Mags.:mad:

Hope this is in the right place

Played with a W'bridge member in Naas a couple of weeks back and he said a number of the fairways are in a very bad way down there due to the recent weather. The club had even taken the step of asking the members to come down and assist with repairing them. I'd ring ahead if I were you to see what nick the place is in now.

Played it yesterday and i enjoyed it. The fairways were in reasonable depsite the flooding!

    Hole 1-5 Superb
Hole 6 -temp par3 which i didnt like
    Hole 7-9 Very nice
    Hole 10-11 Great
Hole 12-16 Pretty poor shape, some of the fairways dug up,greens paritally closed, very sandy in some areas:(:(:(

It's a great track, but doesn't hold up well in winter. You'd be hard pushed to find a nicer spot on a summers day.
