    The main point:

    Qualifications appropriate for practice
    5. A person who in accordance with these Rules—
    (a) holds a degree in pharmacy that is recognised and approved by the
Council in accordance with Part 3,
    (b) has completed an in-service practical training programme in accordance
    with Part 4, and
    (c) has passed the Professional Registration Examination in accordance
    with Part 5,
shall be regarded as holding a qualification appropriate for practice.

5(a) is covered in Part 3 this document.

    So, the answer is no.
