    If you have oral sex you are at risk of picking up an STI.

    You can get an STD from unprotected oral sex on a woman. Herpes and syphilis are the ones most likely to be transmitted this way.

    There is a very low chance of getting an STI from a woman. Yes, you can get herpes if she had herpes, but most people have the HSV virus already in one form or another. If she was bleeding, you could have a small risk of a bloodborne disease. Bacterial infections are rarely spread during female/male oral sex. It would be a good idea to get checked out, but I wouldn't lie awake worrying about it.

    of course it's a possibility
    you'll probably be lucky and not pick anything up in a once-off encounter.. hopefully you won't do it again.
