Minimum Lease

The agency I deal with about the property I live in stated that a 6 month lease is against the law. It seems B$ for me because all my previous rental contracts were from 3 to 6 months. Could anyone clarify?

Nope, otherwise I imagine hotels would have something of a problem on their hands..
