Ulster I think is alwasy strong, some people think its harder to win an ulster than a national title.

stop yer makin me blush! :o

in truth its the nationals, because the depth is pretty shallow at some weights in the Ulsters.

However, there are others on here that have a better grasp on the domestic amateur scene than I do.

I attended the fights some good fights, the last fight was a shocker heavyweight Carmichael won the first 2 rounds convincingly then gased in the third to lose by a point.

Poorly organised event, I arrived early only to find my seats had been taken, I shouldnt really complain I ended up ringside lol. Also the time keeper was terrible. 3 times they stopped a round after only 2 minutes and had to recall the fighers for the last minute.
