I've also got them too and didn't even notice that it was from a "legit" Facebook email.

I can cope though, the 2 I' got gave me the chance to actually use Gmail's Report Spam function :P And even though I did this, I'm still getting my Facebook notifications as normal so it must be something in the format of the mail that makes itself appear as Facebook mail.
