I bought a Nokia 6303 from the Vodafone online store.

I received the phone in the post on last Tuesday but the box
was missing the battery and the 1 gig memory card.

I emailed Vodafone customer support immediately requesting them
    to send the missing items.

And they still have not got back to me even though they sent an auto reply
saying they usually get back within 24 hours.

I tried ringing Vodafone but it seems to be impossible to get on to a human
    its those damn recorded messages

Can anyone tell me whats my next course of action?

there is a Vodafone forum on here --> http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=1270

They seem to be quick enough with regards to requests like this.

Did you try ringing up a Vodafone shop and see what they can do?
