RTE encryption changed?

I have just posted this on digital spy. Someone here might have info on it too?

    Hi,

On satellite, RTE is availible only in Ireland with an Irish Sky-subs card. When I did a scan on DVBViewer today, the RTE channels showed up in the tuning guide with a key beside them showing that they were encrypted. They have never shown up before.

No sky channels showed up since I did a FTA scan only.

    The details are:

    10.733Mhz H 22k

Any ideas as to why this might be the case? Are Sky changing the way that they encrypt RTE?

Obviously I can't view the channels since I don't have the encryption standard.

Also, I can't find any listing of a transponder on 10.733MHz!

On the sky package, the RTE's are on 10.744 along with the radio stations - The radio channels are showing up as 10.743 in the same scan, so the tuner is picking the frequencies up correctly.

Any light that could be shed on this would be appreciated.
