RUNNING WITH KNEE PAIN

    Just looking for some advice.I am running with some discomfort in my left knee just below the knee cap.I ran on sunday in Rahney with a my sore knee,and got a good time .The problem is i started running about 10 months ago just to get fit a loose a little weight,but now iam loving it , running most days ,both on grass and the road.Just wondering how longs does these sort of injury take to recover one week ,two weeks ,ect.Has any of you runners suffered from this sort of injury.All i want to do is get back out there and get ready for my next race .Also will i suffer from injury again when i get back to training.thanks

    no medical advice here. Feel free to look for a recommendation for a physio in your area though.
