Sky Anytime Documentaries sound?

Anyone know the answer to this? When I go into Sky Anytime documentaries, a selected documentary plays, for e.g. like Nat Geo, and I get a picture but no sound. I tried other Anytime programmes like films etc and they are fine. (I also noticed some Anytime documentaries I saved to Sky+ last week also have the same problem.)
