m50 fines urgent need advice ..

    My ex was driving my car for about 6 weeks. in this time he passed through toll twice. And got a parking ticket for illegal parking. He assured me when i gave him the notices that he would pay them. I then got a warning in and gave him the letters once again he said he would pay them. I have now received a solicitors letter from e flows solicitors for the the two journeys by two ways. each one charging 152euro. I was shocked firstly as i wasnt aware they were unpaid still. When i rang my ex he laughed and said good luck with that. So i rang the solicitirs and they told me that its my responsibility. Surely this isnt fair...any advice greatly appreciated...:o
